After crossing the Highland Boundary fault the beautiful Highland mountains begin to dominate the scenery.

This is another view of Loch Lomond - at 623 ft /190 metres deep and covering about 27 square miles / 70 square km, it's the UK's biggest freshwater lake. Unfortunately, unlike Loch Ness, it has no monster.
